The Realm Adelaide build is continuing to progress at a fast pace, with Level 8 expected to be completed by Christmas 2018 and 93% of the building now sold.

Realm is set to be finished on time, ready for buyers to move-in in early 2020.

Since construction started last year in September, Maxcon have been working around the clock to create Adelaide’s most luxurious residential tower.

Fibre optic cabling has been added through the building core to “future proof” the design for high-speed internet and we have embedded networking systems, which will allow each unit and community strata schemes to secure cheaper power/gas rates.
